Productboard raises $ 125 milion and becomes the second Czech unicorn in history

Prague-born and San Francisco-based startup Productboard has announced a Series D funding of $125 million. The round that was co-led by Tiger Global and Dragoneer Investment Group provides the company with a $1.725 billion valuation which makes Productboard the most valuable company in the Czech Republic.

Founded in 2014 by Daniel Hejl and Hubert Palan the company offers a tool for product development, where engineers, developers, and designers can collaborate, track progress and get user feedback to ensure the product development progress and actual user needs are alligned. Productboard is being used by more than 5,400 clients, including Microsoft, Zoom, UIPath, or Volkswagen.
